WHY????

  • Weak hamstrings compared to their quadriceps.
  • Weak hip musculature leading to poor hip flexion when cutting and landing.
  • Poor landing mechanics.
  • Poor proprioception (balance) and core awareness.
  • Hormones (sorry, I can't help that!).

Saturday morning small (4-6) groups to correct muscle imbalances and teach preventative exercises.
