Cindy has been in the fitness and dance field for over 40 years. She has worked in the field of fitness and health, teaching a wide variety of classes, working as a fitness trainer, and helping members to achieve their nutrition and fitness goals. For over a period of 5 years, Cindy taught a class geared for seniors, working on overall strengthening, balance and core work. She continues to teach jazz, tap and ballet to all ages, beginning at age 3 through those in their senior years. Along with her experience Cindy has received certifications with AFAA, Reebok, ZUMBA FITNESS and the Dance Teachers Club of Boston.
