Jessica Lynch, PT, DPT

Jessica is an alum of the University of Massachusetts Lowell, where she first earned her Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Physiology with minors in Nutrition and Psychology. In 2016 she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from UMass Lowell.

Jessica performed several clinical rotations throughout her DPT program, including outpatient experiences at Exeter Hospital and Boston Medical Center. She also performed an inpatient rotation at Saint Anne’s Hospital. Jessica became practiced in orthopedic, cardiopulmonary, and neurological conditions.

She recently completed the Selective Functional Movement Assessment (SFMA) to provide a full body evaluation. This assessment looks for dysfunctional and painful movement patterns for patients of any age. The goal is to find the cause of the pain and promote nonpainful functional movement.

Jessica has 6 years of experience in personal training and instructing group fitness classes. She especially loves teaching yoga and explaining the benefits of exercise. These skills are critical assets when working with athletes. She also completed an undergraduate clinical in sports and conditioning, where she worked with many lacrosse and soccer players.

In her spare time, Jessica enjoys painting, hiking, snorkeling, practicing yoga, and spending time with loved ones.
